Terms and Conditions


When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER… Postage usually takes 3-5 working days, however during busy periods please allow up to 14 days. For international orders please e-mail the contact details on the home page for details of postage costs and timescale.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging and all labels. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

We guarantee your satisfaction. In the case of damaged/faulty goods these will be returned within 30 days of the transaction. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at
